6.35mm Pitch OTS Discrete Wire Harness Based on TE Universal Mate-N-LOK Series WTW/WTB Connectors

 

    TE’s Universal Mate-N-LOK series 6.35mm-Pitch Wire-to-Wire / Wire-to-Board Connectors provide reliable electrical connection.  And have below factures:

1. Pins and sockets can be intermixed in the same housing.

2. Positive polarization and Positive locking housings.

3. Rear cavity identification.

4. Contacts completely enclosed in housings. Insulation capability to .200[5.08mm] diameter.

5. Removable, crimp snap-in contacts.

6. Dual locking lances provide optimum contact stability

n 350570-3 : Socket Terminal  (24~18AWG)

n 350561-1:  Pin Terminal  (24~18AWG)

l Hook Wire:

n PVC Wire：UL1061 18AWG  80℃, 300V。

l Optional Hook Wire:

n XLPE Wire：UL3265  125℃, 150V.

n Silicon Rubber Wire：UL3239  150℃, 3000V.

n Teflon Wire: UL10362 250℃, 300V.

l Wire Color:  Black.  Other Optional Color for customization: Red, Yellow, Blue, Orange, Green, White, Gray.

l Cable Length：100mm, 200mm, 300mm, 500mm, 1000m on the shelf.  Customization for other length.

l R270 Round Type Simple Extraction Tool

This Extractor Tool is for the removal of 2.13mm (.084") Diameter Series pin and socket male and female terminals in both plugs and receptacles. It is suitable for TE Universal Mate-n-lok Series terminals.
